Pop innovators Sparks burst onto the UK scene in 1974 with their third album Kimono My House. A groundbreaking performance of their hit single This Town Ain't Big Enough For Of Us in Top Of The Pops became what would have been a watercooler moment - if watercoolers had been in use in the 70s.

Since then the Los Angeles born and based brothers of Ron and Russell Mael have continued to inspire and influence. Always at the forefront of music they have led the field in glam rock, disco and electronica and in 2002 created a new sound in pop with the release of their 19th album Lil' Beethoven.

Hello Young Lovers followed in 2006 further reinforcing their title of musical genius. 2008's Exotic Creatures Of The Deep was presented in June this year at the Shepherds Bush Empire in London following a record breaking live performance of all 20 of their previous albums
